Change my address

This is fucking pissing me off coz I can't change my address at UCAS. Mubin did it and everything was alright. But when I wanna edit, there was a system error. I've tried countless times. I could only change my phone number and that's it.

Edit: Shin said it's the fault of my internet so I need someone else's internet. So troublesome!
