Just to clarify my previous post, the 'friendliness of the new international students' means the other international students r nt that friendly. It's not the ppl here acting unfriendly towards me.
I have been mixing arnd with the ppl here only, rather than my initial aim of mixing arnd with msian and sporean. I've met them only yesterday in the international student induction programme. Gawt, finally, I've heard that familiar 'english' accent. Quickly gt their names and phone numbers and added them in fb, as well as hk ppl. Desperately getting friends at that moment. They totally acted like ppl who have gone into ox much more than the british/ westerners. no offense and peace!
I've gone to the club and it's totally awesome. I've gt myself, or the other guys gt me, two shots of something and two cocktails called 'sex on the beach' and 'woo-woo'. I think it's spelled so. Yea, and I get myself so tipsy or maybe wasted. Good night. We headed back at 1am.
I'm gonna go to another clubbing on wed, when at the same time held the univ music concert, which is, I assume, a classical one.
Freshers' week so far have been some big and long days. I couldn't even find myself time to stay in my room. I've done so many things which are completely out of my hands. wtv, fuck it. ............................. I signed up for rowing club with my friend, Luke.
A small group of us decided to walk arnd ox. It's kinda fun, coz we acted like tourists, but only with access to everywhere, as we hold the ox card-the bod card.
Finally after visiting so many colleges and walking arnd the town, I feel like I'm in ox. And especially when I went in the BOD library and Radcliffe camera (another library). Fucking awesome. The security measures at the entrance are as close as in an airport. And the books there are awesome. Ancient and massive. No photography allowed. Too bad!
